Ben, telling me about Sally buying a soft drink today. She took a dollar bill to church. She put the one dollar into the machine, and was REALLY EXCITED because the machine gave her THREE THINGS back!!!! Oh boy!!!! A Fanta orange and two quarters.

This is what DD5 walked through the house yelling, as she held my colander up against her abdomen. It was her udder. Okay, she’s a little odd. She gets it from her Dad, of course.

DD5, as I pulled a straight, plain dress over her head this morning before church. She won the battle and ended up in another color-explosion type of outfit.

A friend who noticed DD4’s colorful outfit. I guess I do tend to use lots of color when I pick out her clothes!

DS15, as we debated why in the heck Presbyterian College calls themselves the Blue Hose. My alma mater (Furman–Go Paladins!) just whooped some blue hose football butt this weekend (my brother’s alma mater). No great surprise there. If you were the hose, how would you play football??

Anyhoo, I’ve always contended that they were the blue panty hose, and I even went so far as to give my brother a pair of royal blue hosiery his first Christmas at PC.

Any PC-ites out there want to shed some light on the hose debate??
