Helpful Hint of the Day
If you know you have painters coming to do prep work on the exterior of your house, and you know that work involves standing on ladders about, oh window level and replacing fascia boards, AND you know that you don’t have a window covering on your bathroom window, then do NOT plan to sit around lazily in your jammies until 10:30 am and then take a shower. Because you just MIGHT find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having someone’s face planted right in your bathroom window and have to scramble to drape a towel over the window.

would it have been better or worse for your underwear to be frozen and put in the trees outside your house?

I really don’t know, Rutatita, but I know someone we could ask. I might add that since it is back in the 70’s here, you’d be hard pressed to freeze ANYTHING outside!
