As a mama to my precious, feisty girl, I have full intent in teaching her about enjoying life on a moment basis. To notice it, live in it, to love and to bask in it. Our collection of children’s books on zen and calm helps me integrate it into our lives and shows my little one how to seize each moment. Kids from birth and up can enjoy these lovely reads. I am in my 30 somethethings 😉 and I am just as eager to read any one of the titles you’ll find below. I kind of wish I had two copies of each because my kid reads with vigor! Tearing through pages (sometimes literally), demanding to hold and flip through from page to page pointing out various things she knows. Sometimes that’s what our reading looks like too. They look chewed up and worked. But at the end of the day, she is loving the routine, stories, and messages.
