BAMs Weight Loss Progress
Walking is a great way to stay in healthy and young. It’s also not a half bad way to lose a bit of weight and keep it under control. Moms have an especially hard time with weight loss but I won’t let get me down!
In a previous post, Walking for Losers – Bees Weight Loss Plan, I had told you guys about my plan of attack on this post baby body. I am determined to do it and I thank all of you for your notes of support and love. I know I am not alone. Now, I’d like to share my progress with you.
If you follow me the Bee, you’re well aware that I have recently decided to challenge myself to lose some weight by walking it off with my little one along for the ride, of course.
Here, you can follow along with my progress (or lack there of) with my ups and downs on my journey back to my pre pregnancy body or as close to it as possible, lol.
GOAL: 20 lbs (starting weight 147 lbs)
TIME: no time set
NUTRITIONAL: 1500 calories
START: Monday, March 16, 2015
- June 4, 2015 I weighed in at 138.4 lbs (lost 8.6 lbs to date)
- July 4, 2015 I weighed in at 132.7 lbs (lost 14.3 lbs to date)
- August 4, 2015 I weighed in at 126.3 lbs (lost 20.7 lbs to date WOOOOOHOOOO!!!)
NOTE: This weight loss challenge posted by BAM is ongoing until the goal weight is reached and on. Stay tuned for further updates!
