What is, “Mom, you should pay me for doing this.”
DS15, with a big grin, after he finished doing all of the after-dinner chores. (See my other post–he unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, washed and dried the dishes, and washed the table. Normally these jobs are split up between the four boys.)
I replied, “DS15, I don’t have any money to pay you!”
And he said, “Well, then, you should take me bowling.”
